We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. Turf Gear will not make any refunds on custom items specifically made for an individual. Turf Gear will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 15 days of the original ship date with a copy of receipt.
All orders placed by customers, refunds will be made in the original form of payment with copy of original receipt. Restocking fee of $10 or 10% of order, whichever is greater will apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED AT IN-PERSON EVENTS; however, merchandise may be exchanged for a different size. All shipping charges will be your responsibility.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Please include a brief note outlining your reason for returning the item and your contact information.
